Licences, and nothing changed
Every employee has a chat window. Quotes, forecasts and reports are still made by hand.
Private equity
PromptPartner deploys AI across your portfolio, one company at a time. We are not only consultants: we find the use cases that pay off, in cost and in revenue, then we build them and put them live.
For portfolio companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. It starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000.

department by department, go-to-market first
4
AI-native company
the goal: every team works with AI, every day
01The problem
In many portfolio companies, AI is a licence cost and a slide. When the board asks what changed, no line of the P&L has an answer.
Every employee has a chat window. Quotes, forecasts and reports are still made by hand.
The AI strategy lists tools and principles. It does not say which number should change.
The first project helps people write emails faster. Chat saves minutes, and minutes do not show in the results.
02The test
A fund can tell an AI result from an AI pilot by three things on the table: a euro figure for the use case, the maths behind it, and a working prototype on the company’s real systems. Without them, a board is asked to believe, not to decide.
Most pilots cannot show them. The chat window is not connected to the systems where the work is done, so the manual work stays where it was.
The value is in the daily work of each portfolio company: the hours that go into quotes, follow-up, reports and service.
Meanwhile the holding period runs, and the licences stay a cost.
A euro figure
The maths, visible
A working prototype
The AI audit puts all three on the table in four weeks.
03What we do differently
PromptPartner implements. Most AI projects deliver slides. Ours deliver use cases that go live. Who does the work: a forward-deployed engineer and a business operator, working inside your team.
Product teams usually build AI into the product themselves. That work stays with them.
What most companies lack is a plan for AI across the whole company: every department, the daily work. That is our part.
The goal is an AI-native company: the whole company works with AI every day, in its real systems. Not one team in one pilot.
04What we do
In a portfolio company, PromptPartner starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000. The company may stop after it. Then comes the standard programme, or a custom AI project.
First
A euro figure on every use case, with the maths visible, and a working prototype on the company’s real systems.
How the audit works→When can the audit run? Before a deal closes, as a first view of where AI can create value in the target company. Right after closing. Or at any point in the holding period. It needs access to people and systems.
Then: the standard programme
We roll out Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise on a governed foundation. It is the first agent every employee works with, and learns on.
We usually start in go-to-market: sales, marketing and customer success. That is a start, not a limit: the next department follows, on the same rules.
While we build, we train your people in weekly office hours.
Or a custom AI project: one or a few use cases, scoped from the audit.
05Value, four ways
AI value creation in a portfolio company starts with cost reduction, because cost is what a fund looks at first. But the audit puts a euro figure on four kinds of value, not one. It also scores each use case on revenue lift and customer experience.
01
Hours saved times what those hours cost, plus spend you avoid.
02
More revenue: faster follow-up, more pipeline, new accounts found.
03
Every customer gets the same quality, in your voice.
04
Cleaner, structured data that every later use case builds on.
Our reasoning, not a promise: a company that becomes AI-native early is a first mover, with a lead over competitors that still run pilots.
06Across the portfolio
With one method, repeated. PromptPartner has one audit method, and the same euro-figure format for every portfolio company. Start with one. The playbook is that method, filled with each company’s own figures.
Company 1Start with one
Company 2
Company 3
Company 4
Illustrative. Every company moves at its own pace.
We promise the method, never portfolio results. Every company’s scores and figures come from its own audit. They are not a benchmark between companies.
07The reference case
The audit ran end to end, with eleven discovery sessions and thirty-six opportunities scored. That audit took six weeks; today it runs in four. The programme is now fully implemented, and it creates value from a conservative floor of €2.07M a year to about €3.0M all-in.

We have implemented and enabled AI programmes in more than ten companies in the last twelve months. The most recent is a European software company above €100 million ARR, where the full audit ran end to end. Every number we quote comes from that engagement.
08Questions
PromptPartner is one. Our work fits portfolio companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. Many of the companies we work with are in software and SaaS. We start with a four-week AI audit of one company, at a fixed price, from €15,000, and then we implement. When you compare firms, ask each for a euro figure with the maths visible and a working prototype before any larger contract.
Yes. Before a deal closes, the audit gives a first view of where AI can create value in the target company. It needs access to the company’s people and systems. It does not replace financial, legal or technical due diligence.
A fixed price, from €15,000, set by the size of the company. It is never billed by the hour.
Yes. The audit is its own signature and its own invoice. If the readout doesn’t convince you, that’s where it ends, and you owe nothing further. The programme is a separate decision you make with the numbers in your hand.
