PromptPartner

How it works

The AI audit: how we deploy AI in your company.

PromptPartner deploys AI in mid-sized and larger companies in Europe. We start with a four-week AI audit, also called an AI readiness assessment. Then the use cases go live, and your team learns to use them.

For companies in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. One method for every client.

02See it working before you decide

The AI audit: four weeks.

PromptPartner’s AI audit takes four weeks and has a fixed price, set by the size of your company and by whether the audit covers one department or several. We talk to your leaders, put a euro figure on every use case with the maths visible, build a working prototype, and present the readout. Six deliverables, from the AI Value Canvas. You can stop after the audit. Read the guide: what an AI audit is, what it costs, what you get.

04Value, four ways

Most only count what they save. We count all four.

The audit puts a euro figure on four kinds of value, not one. Your board sees the whole number, with the maths.

01

Save

Hours saved times what those hours cost, plus spend you avoid.

02

Earn

More revenue: faster follow-up, more pipeline, new accounts found.

03

Brand

Every customer gets the same quality, in your voice.

04

Data

Cleaner, structured data that every later use case builds on.

The canvas behind the audit. Run it yourself in about 90 minutes.

Roles and dates change per client. The four weeks do not.

Your decision

What comes after the audit is a separate decision, made with the numbers in your hand.

Your data, protected

We work under your NDA. Personal data is sorted in week 1 and stays under your control.

07After the audit

Then the use cases go live, one release at a time.

PromptPartner’s standard programme, the Foundational Enablement Programme, rolls out Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise on a governed foundation, with use cases for one department and training for your team.

  1. Spec sprintScope and sequence.
  2. R0Foundation. Read-only.
  3. First winsR1First use cases live.
  4. R2Dashboards, every seat.
  5. R3More teams, same rules.

More revenue

Faster follow-up and more pipeline, where the audit found it.

Time saved

Chat saves minutes. Agents save the week, inside the systems your team already uses.

Work avoided

We use the systems you have. No big data project first.

After the audit you choose: the Foundational Enablement Programme puts the prioritised use cases live, team by team, or we run a scoped project on one or a few of them.

08Your people

Your team learns on its real work.

While we build, we train your people in weekly office hours. They bring their real work and leave with a better way to do it.

Weekly office hours

  • Bring your real work
  • Build it live, together
  • Add it to the library
  • Everyone uses it

The business operator

Owns the roadmap with your sponsor, and trains your people while we build.

The engineer

Builds the use cases in your tools, on your data, in your own environment.

Your team

Learns on its own work, every week, and runs what we build.

09What we build

What we build with you.

Playbooks

Activation playbooks by region · Cadence library by ICP and signal · Objection handling and battlecards

Agents + automations

Signal-to-outreach loops end to end · Whitespace and adjacency scanners · Retrieval agents on your knowledge

Data assets

Indexed proof and knowledge library · Target-account and signal lists · Dashboards for every seat

Know-how

Runbooks and SOPs · Weekly office hours on real work · Source code, prompts, configs

We build in your environment from day one, so there is nothing to hand over at the end.

10What changed on your desk

Two questions you now have to answer before a deal closes.

Procurement

Your customers now audit your AI before they sign.

Security review used to ask where the data sits. Now it asks which models touch it, who can read the prompts, and what happens to the outputs. The answer is now part of the contract.

Sovereignty

Sovereignty is a deal term now.

It has moved out of the compliance annex and into the negotiation. A European region of a US provider is a location, not an answer. Buyers now ask for the difference in writing.

11Safe from day one

Compliance doesn’t mean no. It means a slightly harder build.

Legal, IT and your brand team set the rules once, at the start. That is how we build it: every later use case follows the same rules, without a new fight.

Residency is not sovereignty

In week 1 of the audit we sort your data and decide, per workflow, what may touch a US cloud. As reported, the CLOUD Act reaches US providers wherever the data sits.

Any AI model

Leading cloud models or local ones. The model can change. Your data stays where it is.

13Questions

Questions about the audit.

How long does the AI audit take?

Four weeks, from kickoff to the readout.

What does the AI audit cost?

A fixed price, set by the size of your company and by whether the audit covers one department or several. It is never billed by the hour.

What do we get at the end?

Six deliverables: discovery notes, a scored list of use cases, a working prototype on your real systems, an ROI model with the maths visible, a roadmap, and a board case built on your numbers.

Can we stop after the audit?

Yes. The audit is its own signature and its own invoice. If the readout doesn't convince you, that's where it ends, and you owe nothing further. The programme is a separate decision you make with the numbers in your hand.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Half of the result is what your organisation does with it, and we don't control that half. What we put in writing: a fixed price, a fixed scope, us in the room for the readout, and everything we build living in your environment from the first day. If you stop, you keep it.

What happens after the audit?

You choose. The Foundational Enablement Programme puts the use cases live team by team, with training alongside. Or a custom scoped project takes one or a few use cases. Or you stop.

14To start

Four weeks from now, you’ll know exactly where AI pays off in your company.

01

Read-only access

To the core systems, first.

02

03

A sponsor

One owner who can say yes.

04

Your licences

You keep the contracts for Claude or ChatGPT. We advise.

No pitch. You’ll leave with at least one recommendation you can use — whether or not we ever work together.
