PromptPartner

Who we work with

AI for SaaS and software companies.

PromptPartner deploys AI in software, SaaS and technology companies: agents that do the manual work in the systems your teams already use. It starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000.

For mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. A forward-deployed engineer and a business operator, working inside your team.

No pitch. You’ll leave with at least one recommendation you can use — whether or not we ever work together.

01The problem

Why does AI change so little in a software company?

01

In your teams

In a software company, your teams have AI licences, and your CRM still gets filled in by hand.

02

In engineering

Your engineers keep the product running, so nobody is free to connect AI to the business side.

03

In your deals

Your customers now audit your AI before they sign.

02Use cases by team

Where does AI pay off in a software company?

In a software company, the return from AI often shows fastest in go-to-market: sales, marketing and customer success. Finance and engineering follow, on the same rules. The audit picks what goes first.

Your rules

Set once by Legal, IT and brand

Sales and marketing

  • Outbound (signal + intent)
  • Speed-to-lead (first touch in seconds)
  • Proposal drafts (quotes and proposals)
  • Content engine (blog, newsletter, social)

Customer success and support

  • Health board (for the CSM)
  • Ticket triage
  • Response drafting (in your voice, cited)
  • Escalation packs

Finance

  • Close narrative
  • Invoice chase
  • Forecast assist
  • Reporting pack

Product and engineering

  • Claude Code (the version for software work)
  • Codex (the coding tool)

Engineers give the agent a task and review the result.

The audit works for any team: go-to-market, Legal, Finance, HR, R&D, Manufacturing. Every new use case follows the same rules.

03AI agents for SaaS

AI for B2B sales: sixteen manual steps, one agent loop.

This is an illustration from B2B sales. From the first signal to a logged outcome, a sales team can do sixteen steps by hand. One AI agent runs the loop, with your rules at every step.

04The reference case

Has PromptPartner worked with a software company?

Yes. An example from PromptPartner’s own work: at a European software company above €100M ARR, we shipped five working tools into the systems the team already used. One of them turns a week of collateral work into minutes. The programme is now fully implemented, and it creates value from a conservative floor of €2.07M a year to about €3.0M all-in.

One company’s numbers are not a benchmark. Yours will be different, and the audit’s job is to calculate them from your own data.

05How it starts

How does it start?

For a software company, the work with PromptPartner starts with the AI audit: four weeks, at a fixed price, from €15,000. We talk to your leaders and to the teams that do the work, and write down what they do by hand, step by step. Read the guide: what an AI audit is, what it costs, what you get.

How the audit works

  1. 1

    The AI audit

Four weeks. A euro figure on every use case, and a working prototype on your real systems.

  2. 2

    Your decision

You can stop here. What comes after the audit is a separate decision, made with the numbers in your hand.

  3. 3

The rollout, or a custom AI project

We roll out Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise with the rules set once, the use cases for one team and training for your people. Or we run a custom AI project on one or a few use cases.

Owned by private equity? One audit method, and the same euro-figure format for every company in the portfolio. Start with one.

06Questions

Questions about AI for software companies.

What can AI agents do in a SaaS company?

The work nobody should do by hand: research, follow-ups, reports, data clean-up, approvals. In a SaaS company that work sits in sales, marketing, customer success, support and finance. Agents do it inside the systems your teams already use.

Where should a software company start with AI?

With the audit. It scores every use case on impact and difficulty, and the quick wins go first. We usually start with go-to-market: sales, marketing and customer success.

What does the AI audit cost?

A fixed price, from €15,000, set by the size of your company. It is never billed by the hour. You can stop after it.

Do we need Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise before we start?

No. If you have licences, we build on them: you keep the contracts for Claude or ChatGPT, and we advise. If you have none, we roll out Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise after the audit.

What will AI do to SaaS?

We do not forecast the market. One change is already here if you sell software to businesses: your customers now audit your AI before they sign. Security review used to ask where the data sits. Now it asks which models touch it, who can read the prompts, and what happens to the outputs.

We are not a software company. Can we work with PromptPartner?

Yes. PromptPartner works with mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. Many are in software and SaaS, often owned by private equity or a family office. See AI consulting for what we do.
