In your teams
Your people have AI licences, and the weekly report is still copied from three systems by hand.
Who we work with
PromptPartner deploys AI in mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. A forward-deployed engineer and a business operator, working inside your team.
It starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000. The audit scores the work of teams that every company has, so it does not depend on your industry.
01The problem
Your people have AI licences, and the weekly report is still copied from three systems by hand.
Most guides on AI rules assume a risk department, and in a mid-market company Legal is one or two people.
Many AI examples come from software companies, and you run a different business.
02Your industry
The work AI does is similar in every industry: the manual work of teams that every company has. A manufacturer, an insurer and a logistics company each have a finance team and a sales team. What changes is the systems the work sits in, the rules that apply to the company, and which data may be used where.

From our delivery partner
PromptPartner works with a delivery partner, a Swiss data and AI engineering team. These are that team’s own projects, one line each. PromptPartner’s own case studies are on the case studies page.
03AI use cases by team
In mid-sized to large companies, AI should start with work that repeats every week and follows a pattern. The audit scores each use case on impact and difficulty.
AI for finance
AI for HR and operations
AI for sales
AI for customer service
AI for legal and compliance
The audit picks what goes first.

04The first agent
For mid-sized to large companies, enterprise AI means one AI agent for every employee, on a company account, with the rules set once. In practice that is Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise.
A chat window helps one person with one task. A private account has no admin controls, and IT cannot close it when someone leaves.
We roll out Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise on a governed foundation. It is the first agent every employee works with, and learns on.
The licence gives your people access. The AI implementation is the work after it: the rules, your systems connected, the first use cases, and weekly office hours.
05The reference case
Yes. One of the case studies we publish is a consulting firm. The reference case we show in numbers is a software company. Our delivery partner has built data and AI systems in other industries. Those projects are that team’s, not ours.
We have implemented and enabled AI programmes in more than ten companies in the last twelve months. The most recent is a European software company above €100 million ARR, where the full audit ran end to end. Every number we quote comes from that engagement.

One company’s numbers are not a benchmark. Yours will be different, and the audit’s job is to calculate them from your own data.
Our roots are in software. Many of the companies we work with are in software and SaaS, often owned by private equity or a family office.
06How it starts
In any industry, the work with PromptPartner starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000.
The AI audit
Four weeks. A euro figure on every use case, and a working prototype on your real systems.
Your decision
You can stop here. What comes after the audit is a separate decision, made with the numbers in your hand.
The standard programme, or a custom AI project
The standard programme puts the prioritised use cases live, team by team, and trains your people. Or we run a custom AI project on one or a few of them.

No. PromptPartner works with mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. Many are in software and SaaS, often owned by private equity or a family office. One of the case studies we publish is a consulting firm.
Any industry. The audit scores the work of teams that every company has, so it does not depend on the industry. Our delivery partner has built data and AI systems in manufacturing, energy, transport, finance, healthcare, real estate, security and the public sector. Those are that team’s projects, not PromptPartner’s. See AI consulting for what we do.
Our work fits companies from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. The AI audit has a fixed price, from €15,000, set by the size of your company.
That depends on the rules that apply to your company and on what you use AI for, so ask your lawyer. This is not legal advice. The rules come before the rollout: Legal, IT and the person who owns your brand decide once which tools are approved and which data may be used.
