Booking a call

When you book a call at promptpartner.ai/book/ we collect your name, your email address, your company, your role and anything you write in the free-text field, together with the time you chose and your time zone. We use this to hold the call, to send you the confirmation, the calendar invitation and reminders, and to prepare properly for the half hour.

The booking runs on FluentBooking, which is installed on our own server rather than a third-party booking service. The calendar entry and the meeting link are created in Microsoft 365 and the call takes place on Microsoft Teams.

Before the call we prepare a short internal briefing about the company. To help us do that consistently we send the company name, the role and the free-text reason for the meeting, together with publicly available information about the company, to TypeSafe AI, which returns a structured assessment of how well the enquiry fits what we do. We do not send your name or your email address to that service. The result is used internally to prepare and to decide whether we are the right people to help, and it is never used to make an automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect for you.

Session recording

If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used on this site, including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and the pages visited, and produces session replays and heatmaps. We use this to find parts of the site that do not work. Nothing is recorded before you accept, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie preferences link, after which no further sessions are recorded.

Email

If you ask us for a guide, a canvas or another download, your email address and any details you give us are stored in Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which we use to send the material and any follow-up emails you have agreed to receive. Kit records whether an email was opened and whether a link in it was clicked, which we use to judge whether what we send is useful. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all of it.

Video

Videos on this site are hosted by Bunny.net and load only after you accept cookies; when a video plays, Bunny receives your IP address and basic playback information.

Analytics, advertising, company-level visitor identification, session recording and embedded video load only after you accept the relevant purposes in the cookie banner, which is provided by iubenda. Until then they do not run and set no cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie preferences link on any page. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew it, and it does not affect your download, your booking or any email you have asked for.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use the following processors. Where a processor is outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, transfers are made on the basis of the European Commission’s and the Swiss Federal Council’s adequacy decisions or, where these do not apply, on Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Google (Google Analytics 4) — page views and the steps of our enquiry process. Only after consent.
  • LinkedIn — page views and conversions, to measure and target our advertising. Only after consent.
