Four weeks
We talk to your leaders, put a euro figure on every use case with the maths visible, and build a working prototype on your real systems.
What we do
PromptPartner rolls out Claude Enterprise in mid-sized and larger companies in Europe: the rules set once, your systems connected, and the first use cases live in one department.
It starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000.
01The rollout
A Claude Enterprise rollout with PromptPartner has four parts: the rules, the connections to your systems, the first use cases in one department, and weekly training. The licence gives your people access. The rollout connects Claude to the work they do every week.
Legal, IT and your brand team set the rules once: which data may go in, and which steps a person must approve. In Claude Enterprise we then set single sign-on, roles, spend limits and audit logs to match.
Claude works in the CRM, email, the calendar and the documents your team already uses. An owner switches each connector on. Claude then inherits each person’s permissions: what a person cannot open in the source system, Claude cannot open for them either. One exception: a custom connector that uses a shared credential reaches whatever that credential can access. We begin with tasks where Claude only reads.
We start with one department, often go-to-market. The tasks that come back every week are built once, so everyone on the team runs them the same way.
While we build, we train your people in weekly office hours. They bring their real work and leave with a better way to do it.

02How it starts
A Claude Enterprise rollout starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000. You can stop after it.
We talk to your leaders, put a euro figure on every use case with the maths visible, and build a working prototype on your real systems.
What comes after the audit is a separate decision, made with the numbers in your hand.
The standard programme rolls out Claude Enterprise on a governed foundation, with use cases for one department and training for your team. Or we run a custom AI project.
Who we work with
Mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. Many are in software and SaaS, often owned by private equity or a family office.
03The plans
Claude for teams comes in two plans, Team and Enterprise. A simple rule: with more than 150 users, or a security team that needs audit logs, choose Enterprise. If neither is true, Team is the faster start.
The Team plan is for 2 to 150 people. It includes single sign-on and central billing, and each seat carries its own usage allowance. Choose it when one department wants to begin this month.
Claude Enterprise is Anthropic’s plan for larger organisations. It adds what IT and Security ask for: spend limits, role-based access, automatic user set-up, audit logs and your own data retention rules. Usage is billed on top of the seat.
Claude Pro and Claude Enterprise are not the same: Anthropic lists Pro as a plan for individuals, without single sign-on, central billing or audit logs.
The current prices are in our guide to Claude Enterprise pricing. The steps for the first teams are in Claude for business.
04For engineering
Yes. Claude Code, the version of Claude for software work, is included in the Enterprise seat on new plans. Older contracts can differ, so check yours. In a company, Claude Code follows the same order as the rest of the rollout: the rules first, then one team, then weekly practice. Our guide to Claude Code in a company covers what to decide before your engineers use it.
05The reference case
At a European software company above €100 million ARR, PromptPartner built the full AI foundation: Claude Enterprise rolled out, every go-to-market use case built, plus governance and team training. We shipped five working tools into the systems the team already used. One of them turns a week of collateral work into minutes. The programme is now fully implemented, and it creates value from a conservative floor of €2.07M a year to about €3.0M all-in.

06Questions
Claude Enterprise is Anthropic’s plan for larger organisations. Every person gets Claude on web, desktop and mobile. IT and Security get central control: who can do what, what is logged, how long data is kept, and how much each person may spend. Anthropic describes the plan in its help centre.
Anthropic charges a fee for each seat and bills usage on top of it. We keep the current figures, and five steps to keep the bill under control, in our guide to Claude Enterprise pricing.
Not by default. Anthropic states that it does not use inputs or outputs from its commercial products to train its models, unless you report feedback or otherwise allow it. Your own contract decides what applies to you.
No. We roll out Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise. The tool matters less than whether it is connected to your systems, whether the rules are set, and whether your people are trained on their own tasks. Our comparison of ChatGPT Enterprise vs Claude Enterprise shows how to choose. There is also a page on the ChatGPT Enterprise rollout.
A forward-deployed engineer and a business operator, working inside your team. The engineer builds the use cases in your tools, on your data, in your own environment. The business operator owns the roadmap with your sponsor, and trains your people while we build.
Both. PromptPartner advises on the plan, the rules and the first use cases. Then we build them in your systems, with your team. You keep the contract with Anthropic. The overview of what we do is on our AI consulting page.
