The rules, set once
Legal, IT and your brand team decide once which data may go into ChatGPT and what an agent may do. The workspace is then set to match: roles, retention, allowed apps.
ChatGPT Enterprise
PromptPartner rolls out ChatGPT Enterprise in mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, whether you are choosing the plan or already have the licences. A forward-deployed engineer and a business operator, working inside your team.
It starts with the AI audit: four weeks, a fixed price, from €15,000. You can stop after it.
01The rollout
A ChatGPT Enterprise rollout with PromptPartner has four parts: the rules set once, the systems connected, use cases for one department, and weekly office hours. You may know it as ChatGPT Enterprise implementation, consulting or training.
Legal, IT and your brand team decide once which data may go into ChatGPT and what an agent may do. The workspace is then set to match: roles, retention, allowed apps.
ChatGPT reaches your other systems through connected apps, such as Microsoft 365, Google Drive and Slack. An admin assigns each app by role. We start with read-only actions, where the app supports them.
The first use cases go live with one department, on its real work.
While we build, we train your people in weekly office hours, on their real work.
Chat saves minutes. Agents save the week.
02The reference case
PromptPartner’s reference case is a European software company above €100 million ARR. The rollout there was on Claude Enterprise, not on ChatGPT Enterprise. The audit ran end to end, with eleven discovery sessions and thirty-six opportunities scored. That audit took six weeks; today it runs in four. The programme is now fully implemented, and it creates value from a conservative floor of €2.07M a year to about €3.0M all-in.

Whichever product you choose, the rollout is the same work: rules, connected systems, use cases, weekly practice.
03The plans
ChatGPT Enterprise is OpenAI’s plan for large organisations. It gives every employee ChatGPT, and it gives IT central control over accounts, access and data.
Looking for “ChatGPT Team vs Enterprise”? OpenAI’s plan list has no plan named Team. The smaller plan for companies is ChatGPT Business.

Our view: enough when a few people use ChatGPT for business
The plan for central control
Our view: one set of controls for the whole company
For both pricing models, read ChatGPT Enterprise vs Claude Enterprise. We roll out Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise: if you chose Claude, see the Claude Enterprise rollout.
Product facts come from OpenAI’s documentation, pricing page and enterprise privacy page, read on 5 and 7 October 2026.
04Your data
OpenAI states that it does not train its models on ChatGPT Enterprise data by default. Its enterprise privacy page says: “By default, we do not use your business data for training our models.”
You control how long your data is retained, according to the same page.
OpenAI’s pricing page lists data residency in ten regions, including the EU. Its documentation adds that this covers “only eligible content and supported workloads, regions, and configurations”. Ask which of your uses are covered.
The privacy page names encryption at rest and in transit, and a completed SOC 2 Type 2 audit, an independent check of security controls.
This is a summary of public pages, not legal advice.
05The set-up
Setting up a ChatGPT Enterprise workspace has five parts, and each needs an owner. OpenAI’s admin rollout guide names them: workspace access, local runtime policy, Codex cloud, connected systems, and reporting and compliance. Codex is OpenAI’s tool for software work.

Members, seats, roles and features.
What ChatGPT and Codex may do on a person’s computer: approvals, files, network.
Where Codex runs in the cloud, and which repositories it reaches. Off by default.
Which apps are connected, with which accounts and permissions.
Who sees analytics and audit exports, and where that data goes.
The same guide says: “Workspace access doesn’t grant repository, file, or action access in a connected service.” The licence gives your people ChatGPT. Connecting it to your systems is the work of a rollout.
06The start
The first step of a ChatGPT Enterprise rollout with PromptPartner is the AI audit: four weeks, a fixed price, from €15,000. It puts a euro figure on every use case and builds a working prototype. You can stop after it.
You choose: our standard programme, which rolls out ChatGPT Enterprise on a governed foundation, with use cases for one department and training for your teams. Or a custom AI project.
Mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. Many are in software and SaaS, often owned by private equity or a family office.
07Questions
OpenAI does not publish a price for ChatGPT Enterprise. Its pricing page says “Contact sales” and “Custom pricing”. Our guide ChatGPT Enterprise vs Claude Enterprise compares the two pricing models.
OpenAI’s plan list has no plan named Team. The smaller plan is ChatGPT Business, from two users. ChatGPT Enterprise adds central control over identity, data and oversight.
Whether ChatGPT Enterprise meets the GDPR depends on how you set it up and what you use it for, so ask your lawyer. OpenAI states that it does not train its models on your business data by default, and that data residency covers only eligible content and supported set-ups. This is not legal advice.
Yes. The audit starts from what your teams do with ChatGPT today. You keep the licence contract with OpenAI. We advise.
Yes, in weekly office hours, on your people’s real work, while we build. See the PromptPartner Academy.
