Is this a sales call?

No pitch. You'll leave with at least one recommendation you can use, whether or not we ever work together.

What happens in the 30 minutes?

We ask questions for about twenty minutes. Then we tell you what we would do in your situation. If there is a reason to keep talking, we say so and book the next call.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to have one piece of work in mind that your team does by hand every week.

What happens next?

If it fits, we invite you to a second, deeper call of 90 minutes. There we go through your situation in detail. After it, you decide whether to go further.
