Why You're Here
You're an accountant and an analyst, and you know how rare that combination is.
Maybe you've worked with Swiss holding structures and understand the compliance requirements. Maybe you've built financial models that actually helped founders make decisions. Maybe you're looking for a role where you own finance end-to-end, from transactions to planning.
At PromptPartner, we're building an AI automation company with a Swiss holding structure (23 Investments GmbH). We need someone who can handle the accounting side—VAT, statutory reporting, working with our Treuhänder—while also building the FP&A function that helps us grow smart. This starts part-time and grows with us.
What You'll Do
Accounting (Swiss Holding)
- Manage bookkeeping and work with our external Treuhänder
- Handle VAT filings and Swiss statutory requirements
- Ensure compliance with Swiss GAAP and local regulations
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow
- Prepare for annual audits and financial statements
FP&A (Business Growth)
- Build and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting
- Create monthly reporting dashboards for leadership
- Analyze unit economics, customer profitability, and cash runway
- Support pricing decisions and deal structuring
- Prepare investor-ready financials when needed
Operations
- Set up and improve financial processes and controls
- Manage banking relationships and payment infrastructure
- Support contract review from a financial perspective
- Help with international expansion planning (EU entities)
How This Role Grows
| Phase | Hours | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Start | 15-20 hrs/week | Accounting foundation, basic reporting |
| 6 months | 20-30 hrs/week | Add FP&A, forecasting, investor prep |
| 12 months | Full-time | Own all finance, potential team building |
You're Right for This If...
- You have experience with Swiss accounting and compliance (holding structures a plus)
- You understand European cross-border finance (VAT, transfer pricing basics)
- You can build financial models in Excel/Sheets that are clean and maintainable
- You've worked in a startup or scale-up environment before
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- You communicate clearly with non-finance people
- You're fluent in English and German
✗ This Isn't for You If...
- You want to do only accounting or only FP&A
- You need detailed processes already in place
- You're not comfortable with Swiss regulatory requirements
- You can't work independently with minimal supervision
- You've only worked in large corporate finance teams
AI Tools at Work
We're an AI company—we use AI tools ourselves.
