PromptPartner

AI consulting

AI consulting services, from a firm that builds.

PromptPartner is an AI consulting company for mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. We deploy AI in your company. A forward-deployed engineer and a business operator, working inside your team.

The work starts with the AI audit: four weeks, fixed price, from €15,000. You can stop after it.

01What we do

What do AI consulting services include?

PromptPartner’s AI consulting services cover four things: the AI audit, the Claude or ChatGPT Enterprise rollout, AI agents and custom projects, and training. One team does all four.

Start here

The AI audit

In four weeks we talk to your leaders, put a euro figure on every use case with the maths visible, and build a working prototype on your real systems. You can stop there.

How the audit works

Claude or ChatGPT Enterprise rollout

Our standard programme. We roll out Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise on a governed foundation: the rules set once, use cases for one department, and training for the team. You keep the licence contracts.

AI agents and custom projects

Chat saves minutes. Agents save the week. We build agents inside the systems your team already uses: the CRM, email, the calendar, your documents. A custom project takes one or a few use cases.

Training

While we build, we train your people in weekly office hours. They bring their real work and leave with a better way to do it.

The PromptPartner Academy

After the audit you choose: the standard programme, or a custom project.

02Where we work

03Choosing a firm

How to choose an AI consulting firm

Five questions to ask an AI consulting firm before you sign.

  1. 1

What will be working on our systems at the end?

A good answer names one thing that will run on your real systems by a date. A report is not an answer.

  2. 2

How do you put a number on a use case?

Ask to see the arithmetic. If your CFO cannot check each line, it is a guess.

  3. 3

Who does the work, and where?

Ask for names. The work should happen inside your own environment, with your people. See who is behind PromptPartner.

  4. 4

What do we keep if we stop?

You should keep everything. If the work lives in your systems from day one, there is nothing to hand over.

  5. 5

How is it priced, and can we stop?

Look for a fixed price, a fixed scope, and a first step that is its own contract.

04The price

How much do AI consulting services cost?

Consultants charge by project, by the hour or day, by monthly retainer, or by value. PromptPartner charges a fixed price for the first step: the AI audit takes four weeks and costs from €15,000, set by the size of your company. It is never billed by the hour.

05Who we work with

Who is PromptPartner for?

PromptPartner works with mid-sized and larger companies in Europe, in any industry, from about €50 million to €500 million in revenue or ARR. Many are in software and SaaS, often owned by private equity or a family office.

Private equity

Funds, operating partners and portfolio companies. One audit method, and the same euro-figure format for every company.

06The reference case

What has PromptPartner built?

PromptPartner’s most recent reference case is a European software company above €100 million ARR. The audit ran end to end, with eleven discovery sessions and thirty-six opportunities scored. That audit took six weeks; today it runs in four. We shipped five working tools into the systems the team already used. One of them turns a week of collateral work into minutes. The programme is now fully implemented, and it creates value from a conservative floor of €2.07M a year to about €3.0M all-in.

07Questions

Questions about AI consulting.

What is an AI consulting service?

An AI consulting service helps a company decide where to use AI, and then puts it to work. That covers three jobs: advise, build and train. Many consultants do only the first. PromptPartner does all three, inside your team.

What is the difference between AI strategy consulting and AI implementation consulting?

AI strategy consulting decides where AI is worth using. AI implementation consulting makes it run in your systems. PromptPartner does both as one piece of work: the audit gives you the plan and a working prototype, and the programme or a custom project puts the use cases live.

Do you offer AI integration services?

Yes. PromptPartner builds AI integrations in your own environment. Agents do the work inside the systems your team already uses: the CRM, email, the calendar, your documents. Read-only first, with access you control.

Do you offer AI consulting in the UK?

Yes. Companies in the United Kingdom can work with PromptPartner, remote and on site. We are based in Switzerland and have no office in the UK.

Can we stop after the audit?

Yes. The audit is its own signature and its own invoice. If the readout doesn’t convince you, that’s where it ends and you owe nothing further. The programme is a separate decision you make with the numbers in your hand.

08To start

Four weeks from now, you’ll know exactly where AI pays off in your company.

No pitch. You’ll leave with at least one recommendation you can use — whether or not we ever work together.
