🛠 What You'll Do
- Build and maintain infrastructure for our automation systems
- Set up and manage servers, containers, and deployment pipelines
- Ensure security and compliance — especially GDPR and Swiss data requirements
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Automate everything — because the best shell script is the one that writes itself
- Document systems so others can understand and maintain them
🔧 Tech You'll Use
- OS: Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky, Alma, Debian, Redhat Enterprise)
- Containers: Docker, Docker Compose, maybe Kubernetes
- Cloud: AWS, GCP, or European alternatives (Hetzner, OVH)
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, logging stacks
- Security: Firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, secrets management
🤖 AI-Assisted Engineering
We're an AI company—we use AI tools ourselves.
- Claude Code or similar for infrastructure-as-code and scripting
- Using AI to debug issues, write documentation, and automate tasks
- Experience with AI coding assistants in your workflow is expected
- Staying current with AI tools—things change weekly, we adapt fast
- Writing clear specs and documentation that AI tools can work with
- Comfort with AI-powered monitoring and alerting systems is a plus
